Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that this may take several days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@lunikon.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the amount to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will not be deducted or credited — they are paid directly by you.
Depending on your place of residence, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
